Promotion Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
These Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in Adoket's 3 Videos for $550 Introductory Promotion ("Promotion"). By purchasing or participating in this Promotion, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Promotion Terms in addition to Adoket's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies. If there is any conflict between these Promotion Terms and Adoket's general Terms, these Promotion Terms shall govern solely with respect to this Promotion.
1. Promotional Offer
The Promotion includes the creation of three (3) custom commercial advertising videos, each approximately 15–40 seconds in length, produced by Adoket using its proprietary creative process.
Adoket always strives to produce commercial advertising videos with the clients vision in mind. Unless otherwise stated in writing, You (The Client) and your business assign Adoket full discretion over the creative direction, editing style, pacing, storytelling approach, visual effects, graphics, AI-assisted elements, stock media, music selection, transitions and overall production methodology.
This Promotion is intended solely as an introductory advertising package and is offered for a limited time and limited availability.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client is solely responsible for providing, where and as needed; complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for project completion, including but not limited to:
- Brand information
- Logos and brand assets
- Product or service information
- Contact information
- Images, videos, and media
- Website and social media links
- Marketing objectives
- Required disclaimers
- Industry-specific disclosures
- Licensing documentation
- Any requested project materials
Failure to provide requested materials may delay production.
3. Client Approval & Legal Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all information, statements, claims, promotions, pricing, offers, testimonials, trademarks, copyrights, licenses, disclosures, advertising claims, and marketing materials supplied to Adoket are accurate, lawful, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, platform policies, and industry requirements.
Adoket does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, tax, medical, advertising compliance, or intellectual property advice.
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining any legal review they deem necessary before publishing or distributing any final deliverables.
4. Creative Direction
All Though Adoket always strives to produce commercial advertising videos with the clients vision in mind, this Promotion is based upon Adoket's professional creative judgment.
The Client understands that this promotional package is designed as a streamlined creative service intended to maximize production efficiency.
Creative decisions remain at the sole discretion of Adoket.
5. No Revisions
Due to the heavily discounted promotional pricing, this Promotion does not include revisions, change requests, re-edits, reshoots, redesigns or additional creative development.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review all submitted information before production begins.
Any requested revisions or additional work may be accepted solely at Adoket's discretion and, if accepted, will be billed separately at Adoket's then current rates.
6. No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because work begins immediately after project intake and creative resources are allocated specifically for each Client, all payments made under this Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Delayed marketing plans
- Failure to provide requested materials
- Failure to respond
- Dissatisfaction with creative style
- Platform policy changes
- Advertising performance
- Campaign results
- Business performance
- Market conditions
7. Production Timeline
Adoket strives to complete projects as efficiently as possible.
Average production time is generally two (2) to three (3) weeks after all required materials have been received.
However, production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Depending on production complexity, creative requirements, project revisions outside this Promotion, holidays, staffing availability, technical issues, force majeure events, or periods of high demand, delivery may require up to ninety (90) calendar days.
Production time does not begin until Adoket has received all required project materials.
8. Delivery
Completed projects will be delivered electronically using a delivery method selected by Adoket.
The Client is responsible for downloading and securely storing all delivered files.
9. Advertising Performance Disclaimer
Adoket creates advertising creative and strives to produce scroll-stopping, captivating, memorable advertising campaigns.
We do not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Leads
- Website traffic
- Conversions
- Profitability
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Viral performance
- Social media growth
- Search rankings
- Advertising approval
- Platform distribution
- Customer engagement
Advertising results depend upon numerous factors beyond Adoket's control.
10. Platform Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all advertisements comply with the policies, terms, and advertising requirements of any platform where the videos are published, including but not limited to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, X, Pinterest, television, streaming services, and other advertising platforms.
Adoket shall not be responsible for rejected advertisements, account suspensions, demonetization, content removal, reduced reach, or advertising restrictions imposed by third parties.
11. Intellectual Property & Licensing
The Client represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for any materials submitted to Adoket.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Adoket harmless from any claims arising from materials supplied by the Client.
12. Promotional Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client grants Adoket a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, edit (for showcase purposes and to help further market clients business only), publish, distribute, and publicly display completed projects, excerpts, screenshots, thumbnails, behind-the-scenes materials, and the Client's name, logo, and brand solely for Adoket's marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, presentations, social media, award submissions, educational materials and promotional purposes.
If the Client requires confidentiality, a separate written confidentiality agreement must be executed prior to production and may require an additional fee.
13. Project Abandonment
If the Client fails to respond to communications or fails to provide requested materials for thirty (30) consecutive days, Adoket may consider the project abandoned.
Abandoned projects may be closed without refund.
Restarting an abandoned project may require payment of additional production fees.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adoket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, advertising losses, or reputational harm arising from or relating to this Promotion.
Adoket's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for this Promotion.
15. Right to Refuse or Cancel
Adoket reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, suspend, cancel, or terminate any project or Promotion order that:
- Violates applicable law
- Violates Adoket policies
- Contains unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content
- Promotes prohibited goods or services
- Is abusive or threatening toward Adoket personnel
- Cannot reasonably be completed using this promotional package
If Adoket cancels a project before production begins for reasons unrelated to the Client's conduct, Adoket may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. If cancellation results from the Client's breach of these terms or applicable policies, no refund will be provided.
16. Entire Agreement
These Promotion Terms supplement Adoket's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreement. By purchasing this Promotion, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Adoket policies and terms governing the use of the Site, products and services.
